I'm Karen, the founder of Planning Club - and I'm definitely not promising that one download is going to change your life! But I do think that planning (especially regular planning) can help us to get better control over our time and what we’re doing with it.
In fact, I believe that planning is a form of self-care – and that it can be just as beneficial for our wellbeing as a yoga class, meditation app or gym session.
